The William Sonoma brand of stores strives to have an Instagram manager at each store location in order to foster goodwill in the community and cater to each neighborhood’s unique tastes. I acted as the Pottery Barn Seattle branch’s Instagram manager to capture the spirit of the store.

I worked across Williams Sonoma, Inc brands to promote events featuring celebrities like chef and actress Tiffani Amber Thiessen and authors Aleah and Nick Valley. I increased the Seattle store’s exposure to new customers by:
